South Creek School is a School for Specific Purpose (SSP). At South Creek School, we support students with medium to high needs by providing a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment where every student is valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.

We collaborate closely with families, carers, and support staff to develop personalised learning and wellbeing plans tailored to each student’s unique needs. This approach ensures that every student can learn in a way that suits them best.
